Brilliance of the Seas Windjammer Buffet is it good?

So, we have been on many cruise ships with many different cruise lines. While we really like to sit down together and eat in the main dining rooms or specialty restaurants, there are many occasions where you prefer to go to the buffet. 

I will not list all the different reasons. What I can tell you is, that the Windjammer Buffet on this particular trip was beyond any expectations. 

The food was excellent, well presented and prepared and it tasted great. The staff was super friendly, and you could feel that they were very happy that you were on board. Really liked the head chef. This gentleman was constantly out there and checking the dishes and cleaning. Same counts for other officers. 

We ended up being there much more often than we usually would be at any buffet. We had the same table every time and loved it. 

So, yes. The Brilliance of the Seas buffet was better than just good. Naturally one does not know if it will be the same still. After all there are crew changes and so on. But Based on our experience, we are hopeful. So, make sure to check the buffet on any ship. There might be a surprise.
